To achieve these goals, the descriptive analytical method was used. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting information. It was applied to a random sample of students from some Saudi universities, which numbered (380) male and female students. The study reached the following results: The degree of agreement of the study sample with the reality of the performance of the Student Employment Department is medium, as the arithmetic mean was (3.005), The degree of agreement of the respondents with the challenges facing the Student Employment Department is also medium, with an arithmetic mean of (3.004). The degree of approval of the study sample of the proposals for the development of the Student Employment Department is medium, with an arithmetic mean of (3.29). Among the most important of these proposals are: finding financial resources to improve wages for student employment, setting a clear policy governing the work of the Student Employment Department, and rotating student employment with Ensures that opportunities are provided to all interested students. Considering the previous results and the experiences of some international universities, a proposed vision was built for the development of student employment management in Saudi universities, and the study recommended adopting that vision and working on its implementation.
